What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form or the support ticket form: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us (company, website, the details of your project or problem). We use it to reply to you and to do the work you ask for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored on our own server, hosted in Sydney, Australia, and a copy is emailed to our team. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

The Drycleaner Booking demo

The demo on the Drycleaner Booking page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into it is sent to us or saved anywhere.

Buying a plugin

Plugin purchases, licences and trials are handled by Freemius. Their privacy policy covers what you give them at checkout.

Seeing or deleting your data

Email enquiries@kinsoft.com.au and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
