Quote Requests v1.0.0
Quote request forms with an admin pipeline: request form block, status pipeline and emails. Pro adds price calculators, PDF quotes and accept links.
No credit card for the trial. Pro from $4.08/mo, billed annually. 14-day money-back guarantee.
Quote Requests turns "Can I get a quote?" into a tidy pipeline. Visitors fill in a short form, you see every request in one place, move it from New to Quoted to Accepted, and your customer is kept in the loop by email.
Quote Requests Pro
$49 per year, single site
Everything in Free, plus:
- Price calculator fields on the form: tick boxes, quantities and choices, each with a price, plus an optional base price. Visitors see a live estimate; the estimate and the chosen items are recalculated on your server and stored with the request, and the estimate pre-fills your quoted amount.
- PDF quotes: a clean A4 quote with your business details, the customer, the request, the priced items, the quoted total, your message and your terms. It is attached to the "Your quote" email and can be downloaded from the request screen. The PDF is made by a small writer built into the plugin, with no outside library or service.
- Accept and decline links in the quote email. Each link is signed, works once and expires with the quote. Opening a link shows a confirmation page, so email link scanners cannot answer for your customer. The answer moves the request to Accepted or Declined and emails you straight away.
