PDF Invoices for WooCommerce gives every order a proper PDF invoice with its own sequential number. The invoice is attached to the customer's order email, customers can download it from My Account, and you can download or create it from the order screen.

  • Sequential invoice numbers with your own prefix and number of digits (for example INV-00042). Each order keeps its number for good, and two orders placed at the same moment never share a number.
  • Choose when invoices are created: when the order is processing or completed, or only when it is completed.
  • Attach the invoice to the Processing order, Completed order and Order details emails.
  • "Invoice" button in My Account > Orders and a download link on the order page, for the customer's own orders only.
  • Invoice box on the order screen (classic and High-Performance Order Storage screens) to download or create the invoice.
  • Seller details: business name, text logo, address, tax id (ABN, VAT number ...), email, phone and a footer note for payment terms or bank details.
  • Clear totals: subtotal, discount, shipping, tax per rate and total.

Installation

  1. Download the free version or start the Pro trial above. Freemius emails you the zip and, for Pro, your licence key.
  2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip and activate it.
  3. Pro: paste the licence key when the plugin asks for it, or later under the plugin's Account screen.
