Integration for EspoCRM v1.0.0

Every form submission becomes an EspoCRM lead with status, source, assigned user, team and campaign already set; on your own server or EspoCRM Cloud.

No credit card for the trial. Pro from $4.08/mo, billed annually. 14-day money-back guarantee.

Stop copying website enquiries into EspoCRM by hand. Integration for EspoCRM turns every form submission on your WordPress site into an EspoCRM lead, with the status, source, assigned user, team, campaign and target list already set, so your team can call back while the enquiry is still warm. When the sender is already a lead, that lead is updated instead of duplicated, and every enquiry is added to its stream. It works with your own EspoCRM server and with EspoCRM Cloud, and if EspoCRM is briefly unavailable the lead is retried automatically. This plugin is not affiliated with or endorsed by EspoCRM.

  • Works with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Elementor Pro Forms, Forminator and FormForge, each with its own switch and field mapping
  • Built-in lead form block and shortcode with spam protection; works without JavaScript
  • Status, source, assigned user, team, campaign and target list per form, picked from your own EspoCRM lists
  • Map to name, email, phone and mobile, company, title, website, address, industry, opportunity amount, description and your custom fields
  • No duplicate leads: a lead with the same email is updated, and you choose what happens to duplicates EspoCRM finds
  • Enquiries from existing contacts can go to that contact's stream instead of creating a lead
  • Every submission posted to the lead's stream with the message, page, referring site and campaign
  • Background queue with retries and one-click resend, masked log with CSV export, encrypted API key; no password stored
